  • Zip Code & Corridor Search: Click the Location field below and type your 5-Digit Zip Code, City, or Street Corridor (e.g., 32803, Orlando, Tampa, or E Colonial Dr) to filter nearest centers instantly.
  • Post-Checkout Unlocked Access: Exact building numbers, suite numbers, and entry voucher cards (#%appointment_id%) deliver automatically on your email receipt upon booking completion.
🆔 Two Valid Photo IDs Bring 1 primary government ID (Driver's License/Passport) plus 1 secondary ID card.
📸 On-Site Photo Capture State biometrics require live photo capture. Avoid obscuring hats or heavy headwear.
